Physical Therapist - Home Care

Findlay, OH

Part Time

Entry Level

We are now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to work in the Home Care setting in the
Berea, OH area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience with the geriatric population. All caseload is billed under Medicare Part-B. Experience is required, this position is not open to new grad PTs.

Job Requirements:

State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Experience required.
Comfortable seeing patients in their homes (100% Senior Living Communities)
3 weekdays of availability are required and a minimum of 12 hours of availability for direct patient care per week.
