Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Tempe, AZ

Mid Level

We are now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to provide outpatient ortho clinic and home visits in the Tempe, AZ area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience within the outpatient setting and 1 year of experience.

Job Requirements:

Eligibility for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist

1 year of experience is required.

Full-time is preferred. Must have a minimum of 15+ hours of availability per week PRN and Part-time are available.
